    Thanks - I think the biggest part of it is admitting that I went wrong. The positive is I did not fall back to the same weight so I am still alot lower than when I started.

    Well Done JMA - do you find that you have alot more energy? I found when I got to about 26st my energy levels increased and I can push myself further in exercising and walking is easier on the knees.

    Fizzy pop is a problem if I do delve into it its normall Coke Zero or Pepsi Max as full fat versions contain so much sugar its unreal. But I agree I used to have 2 pepsi's with a pizza.

    Good luck, I have only done 1 week so far, i found first few days hungry before a shake is due but held out and just countered it with a glass of water. 2nd week I always find hard. just drink your water. i take my shakes 10am - 2pm - 6pm each day, just breaks it up nicely.
