So i'm back again and glad to say not because i have put all the weight back on but because i'm ready to loss more weight.
After stopping last time i put on 4lbs within the first 2 days, but was expecting that to be the case anyway. So i'm now starting off at 17st and want to get another 2st...
There comes a point when you should start to take notice of what you see in the mirror and not what you see on the scales.
Stick to plenty of cardio and the weight will come off. Make sure you don't over do it though if your on TS.

Seen the doc today and got all clear. She thinks I've got acid build up and thats what's causing the pain in my stomach. She gave me meds for it if I feel pain but I'll probably avoid taking them incase it takes me out of ketosis.

Week 2 weigh in this morning and another 7lbs off:D

Was hoping after last weeks massive 19lbs that i could get 2 stone in 2 weeks. but still pleased with the results so far.

Yeah, i've been doing house work to keep me busy.
maybe going to get a new game this weekend while should help keep my attention for a while.
been walking for around 3 miles a day, to and from work and at lunch time so don't want to over do it.
I cant eat the Exante bars, they are so dry. even the thought of eating one fills me with dread.
only problem is though i have about 20 to get rid of at home. Keep them for emergencies i think.

Had a tesco meal replacement bar for breakfast this moring and it was so much better than the Exante ones.
Think the Exante ones will be getting used for emergency only.

i know reverting to type and munching everything in sight is not an option but just not sure how i can get off with out risking big gains...
Just sticking to the diet. walk as much as possible, have been getting off the train two stops early in the morning and doing a 20 min walk to work, then walking again at lunch time if i can be bother(or its not raining).
there is no set weight, as you can imagine we're all different and loss at different rates.
Exante as a estimate say 1 stone a month. i how ever started at 19 stone and lost that in less than a week.
Early July is also my target to get off TS. got a wedding to go to then.
hoping 8 weeks on ts will be enough to get off the 4-5 stone i was hoping for. (tough ask i know)
Sunday was a real struggle. all my family and friends went the pub after the football and i joined them. only lasted about an hour and had to leave as i was desperate for a pint.
the weight loss figures are keeping me going though.

Couldn't help myself this morning when brushing my teeth.

Had mushroom soup for dinner which I choked down(really don't like it) , but got there in the end.
So all in all it been a good day for me.
My wife who also started today is struggling and only managed her shake and most of her tomato...
So started TS today.
Had around 2.5 liters of water so far and am currently half way through a choc shake for lunch. have to say the shake is not the best but drinkable so I'll just have to get on with it.

in preparation for this I've been trying to get the water down today. I've managed 2.5 Lt, and trying to drink 3 liters today. This on it's own at the moment seems to be a gargantuan task.
I'm sure it'll be easier in days...

Brunch - shake
Lunch - 1/2 bar
Dinner - soup
And evening snack the other half bar.
