    I work with the Canadian armed forces as a civilian security officer. I am coping better with my eating while on nights, I eat fruit and a bit of cheese for my snacks and try not to eat anything bigger. It seems to be working out ok.:D

    Just a thought, all those of you that are slow losers, if you are exercising you are probably building some lean muscle which in the long term is better as muscle helps burn calories.
