    I gained a pound but it was 3 pounds at one point until I exercised my limbs off. I blame the Valentine's chocolates. He thoughtfully didn't buy me chocs because he knows I'm trying very hard. So I ate half the ones I bought him. I'm my own worst enemy lol.

    I had the same problem cooking too much rice and pasta. If I make too much pasta I let it go cold and mix with tuna, sweetcorn and extra light mayo for lunch next day.     I cook too much deliberately then have it for lunch next day. I also batch cook and freeze meals. I split multipacks of chicken and things and freeze in individual bags. I make soups, curries, bags of bolognese sauce with extra lean mince...also make lasagne and freeze in small portions

    Just wanted to agree with Mocking. Actifry chips are great, much better than sw chips in oven. You can do them really thin like fries. Also worth hex for olive o or 3 syns half tbsp if sharing between 2.

    The exact same thing happened to me. After a few weeks I started having better loses. Just keep going and don't give up. Perhaps your body is adjusting. Also consider only weighing once a week. Hide the scales!

    On any diet you lose a lot of water in first week . On something like slimming world you can get very good losses (I lost 3.5 this week and have been doing a year) but 5 to 7 pounds every week on any diet not likely and probably not healthy. Hope this helps.
