    8LBS away from consolidation

    Nearing the end of phase 2 of the Dukan journey, lost 47lbs on Dukan since September, so not long to go now. On the same subject, my partner has been doing Dukan along with me and has only 6lbs to go having lost 42lbs. So far its certainly been an adventure, long(ish) may it continue....:D

    I tend to weigh myself a couple of times a week, usually try to wear the same, but today for example i was wearing jeans, sweatshirt and trainers, not the lightest clothing but it was freeeezing.

    My partner and I recently went on a weeks all inclusive, on return i gained 7lbs whereas she gained 3. On return we both went onto attack for a week and both lost more than we gained during the holiday.

    Are you a fish fan?, if so try replacing your cooked meats and crab sticks with fish, even tins of tuna or fish, as long as it is not in oil or sauce. Sometimes on this diet (as on any) its easy to eat smaller amounts of food. Pack as many protiens in each day, and try not to worry about...

    Attack Hello everyone a question!!

    I lost 9lbs on Attack, and to date have lost 20lbs, despite gaining 7lbs on holiday. what i would recommend is that you clear your cupboards of temptation before you start. Good luck, you will find this site excellent for motivation and advice.

    Holiday weight gain all but gone

    Using spoon measurements is always inaccurate, but by using a desert spoon instead of a tablespoon means you are having your correct amount of oatbran cteena. teaspoon 5ml desert spoon 10ml tablespoon 15ml

    smoked salmon trimmings

    with the price of smoked salmon (and everything else) on the increase again, i tend to buy bags of smoked salmon trimmings from either Tesco or Morrisons. They are less than a £ a bag and contain enough for a good couple of meal servings.

    Just finished wk1 of Cruise 1/1 pp-pv, and lost another 5 lbs to go with the 9lbs I lost on the attack. Still a long way to go but feeling better by the day, and my choccy cravings have all but gone.
