    Just keep a sports bottle with you & before & after you do anything take a swig. You don't need to gulp it down - ull be surprised how much u can get through. And after all it's only water, u may not 'like' it, but it's not really horrible. U don't want to make urself ill By not drinking X

    They do it one meal at a time... Devise some distraction strategies. do you know what triggers you wanting to eat? Recognise the signs & take control, go for a walk, paint you nails, have a bath, face pack, what ever. Anyone can do anything if they really want to x

    You 'could' be a 10 for your birthday if you stuck with it!! 7 weeks is nearly 2 months, and at a stone a month it's possible ;) Keep going & that dress may well be a bit big ;) So far so good for me today :) weigh in tomorrow defo helps focus me, seems silly cheating so close to weigh day x

    Take it one meal at a time - drink lots of water. I've heard of people splitting packs to spread them out?? 4 packs split into 8 tiny meals might help curb your hunger?? I've not done it though so can't really comment, of I feel hungry I just have a black coffee or a glass of water Good luck xx

    :) let's b good for each other ;) I weigh in on Fridays so we can compare, I've never had a mega huge loss like some people 6lb is my biggest ever week, but I was over the moon!!! I'm more a steady 2-3 lb a week - but as long as it comes off I'm happy :)

    Your in ketosis & that's why you feel better. Stick to what your doing (essentially SS+) drink lots of water & u'll be fine. If having toilet troubles some senna or phsylum husk or soluble fiber will help

    I wouldn't bother, you run the risk of putting urself out of ketosis. Have a non good treat instead, it's a good habit to get into 'treating' with non food :)

    Paint ur nails..... It's the habit that's making u crazy, I likened it to giving up smoking, u know ur not hungry but it's the habit of food that's making u crazy! U can't eat with wet nails, do the full works, base coat, 2/3 coats of colour, top coat! U'll be at it for ages :)

    Hav come to confess :( Hav actually had the weekend off :( Hav been and am still full of it, bunged up, swollen ears, coughing, sneezing, full on head cold. Am determined to go back 100% Monday morning. Not going to feel a failure just going to get back to it first thing.

    Awww thank you, only been taking cold capsules, avoided anything with sugar like the plague. Having a meal off plan tonight and then right back to it from tomorrow morning, gonna lose that pound of snot & more if it kills me!! And it just might!!! Hehe x

    Grumpy grrrrrrr!

    I was grumpy on day 2, so much so I nearly quit my job!!! But since then been fine :) had some emotional days but not diet related and didn't turn to food so really pleased to hav halted that cycle :)

    you would stay in ketosis if you didn't eat carbs or sugar, if u avoid both those things u would be in ketosis no matter what. lots of people do the 810 and manage with it really well, give it a go only u will know if u can make it work for you, just do it for a few weeks and review, nothings...

    Getting VERY disheartened...

    You've lost 16lb in 2 weeks!!! Don't weigh everyday if it's going to effect your motivation, your weight will fluctuate throughout the week.

    think it depends how far 'off' you go. I went out for dinner last night but only ate meat, so wouldn't have been out of ketosis, still enjoyed the 'experience' of a meal out, but was very careful with what I had.
