    Yes u still lose on the steps. Is your goal ear bmi 25? U ha. To one off SS once u grt to 25 anyways so thays an ideal tine to start stepling up. But my losses wer the same on 810 as SS... Has been lower on 1000 but im now only a few lbs from target so expect it to be slower from here on in...

    Thale asda ones are effectivly the same as slimfast shakes. Need to be supplimented with food, have carbs and sugar so no ketosis, and not Nutrientantly balanced as a full diet like CD is. X

    Hello. Day 6 here! Still going 10% tho strugglin to get enuf wafer in unless spend all day obsessing over it! My CDC is Either gonna pop by this afternoon, or im going to her tomorrow, for weigh-in, depending on how day pans out! Im quite excited but worried! X
