    About 4 stones in 5/6 months ... It's do able but it's quite fast. Depends on how quickly your body loses. I seem to take ages ... Well it feels like it. Take it one stone at a time ... Its good to have an aim though. Do it. :-)

    I hear some people let the powder soak for a few mins in the hot water before they micro it. Ive tried it on hob and micro and I still cant get it to my liking. I totally know what you mean about saucy and soupy ... The mushroom pasta is the same I found.
