    I would go for sw red days, its very close to Dukan but youre allowed a few extras that you may be missing with Dukan. theres been a few days where ive been out or away and havent been able to follow Dukan 100% however these days have still been very good sw red days:)

    I know a few who tried Quorn meatballs on SW but they found they didnt hold their shape. I usually just use meat and herbs to make mine-I know some add their oatbran to the meatballs. :)

    Dukan bread - yum

    Attack Dukan muffins - savoury... but can be sweet

    I made these today, very simple to do and looked great. meant to add some goji berries in half the mixture but forgot-will do it next time. Had one so far and it taseted great, going to make some topping to go on the top. :)

    I started making the quiches on SW, it took me a while to realise they were fab for Dukan. I usually make a large one and cut it into 4. I find they freeze ok too, I just leave overnight to defrost and then microwave. :)

    I agree with the others. you can do it by following WW or SW. you dont have to pay huge amounts of money for other diets. Eat plenty of home cooked fresh foods, up your exercise and drink plenty of water. you can do it!

    sorry to hear that you cant get Orlistat, there seems to be a shortage everywhere. As already mentioned it isnt the only thing helping you to lose weight. you are doing the hard work too! stick to the foods you are eating now, use this site for support. you can do this!:)
