    as of yesterday the excess holiday weight has gone - now its a battle to the 90 mark for the end of the month. Performed HIIT and box squat jumps yesterday - killer and really pushed me after my limited exercise over last 2 weeks. Actually enjoying the journey so far, setback and all!

    Hi :) I go between ss and ss plus when I'm struggling... Helps me a lot. Felt fantastic after day 7/8 though! Did cheat twice though in 2nd week and felt shocking these past few days getting back on it ss plus has made it so much easier. Hope that helps :)
