I dont really have any tips, just as last week was * week and didnt lose anything so this week I think it has catched up. Pleanty of walking though and just cutting down on my portion sizes has helped this week I think :)

    Im doing extra easy, I tried mixing a few red and green days in but found for a couple weeks the weight loss was a bit slow, since starting ee again found it to be better for me, especially as I like alot of pasta and rice etc :)

    I know what you mean, its a vicious cycle, you can do it, I know if I eat bad I feel bad and just want to eat healthy again. Maybe just try eating healthier and then when your back feels a bit better then start with the exercise? :)

    quick question! So Im starting success express today and will have salmon in a baked potato. the salmon would by syns on green but free on red so do I syn or count it as free? :/ also the potato would be free on green and syns on red, syns or free or would they both be free? thankyou :D

    I love slimming world, with weight watchers, I dont know..Its more expensive and plus they charge you to access online stuff.
