I've seen it sooooo many times now, you would hardly believe it.

The first time I saw it... my gay friend (aged 50) did her board about 3 years ago.... she put everything on it she aspired to have/be. When I last saw her she got the board out to show me, there was a photograph of a baby on it. I mean, how unlikely is that? What happened was ... she'd been living with a much younger girl... they'd split up briefly... (this IS Hollywood)... and she'd had a fling with a film director. Eventually my friend and her girlfriend were reconciled.... only to discover that she was pregnant. Now baby Jett has 2 Mummy's!!

I can give you more examples.... was AMAZED when I saw what I'd got myself

THIS is a great starting point Official Web Site of The Secret and The Power... I saw the DVD about 18 months ago.... my life's changed lots.....

Put your board somewhere that you will see it, first thing in the morning and last thing at night. Most importantly you must feel how you will FEEL when you have this....the more you believe it... the quicker you'll achieve it

OMG how strange is this. I was only recommended the secret by a friend of mine 2 days ago. We got talking and she is almost in recovery from a cancerous brain tumour and not been well at all. She told me that this book really helped her through.
The secret and The power are now both on my xmas wish list, I'll probably end up buying them though!!

Think of it as your shopping list for the Universe. I looked through glossy magazines and cut out whatever I fancied. To be honest if you only have 3 things there's less to focus on so they'll come quicker I know someone who cut out a girl in a bikini and then stuck a pic of their own head over hers!

I was wondering what your average food intakes is now, what's your usual brekky, lunch and dinner and are you drinking (alcohol I mean)?

A close friend of mine had a gastric band fitted and she's only lost about 20lbs in 6 months so I'd love to pass information on to her. She's considering going for a by-pass now.

Spoke to the docs yesterday to get the results of my latest blood tests... she said she'd been staring at my test results & had to check them several times as she can't believe the results in such a short amount of time!

I'm no longer diabetic (will always be on the register as I have been diagnosed but its gone!!!) My bloods & body has never been this good since I was aged 16 when most of my problems started... she's gone back & compared 20 years of blood tests & I'm am the healthiest I have ever been & have NO health complaints anymore!!!!

They'll continue to keep an eye on me as they can't believe it but I'm pretty much signed off to normality!!

I think I can guess who you mean & bless her I wish she'd not been talked into the band!

I eat pretty much what I fancy but keep it low carb am on 40g per day as I know this way of life suits me!

Yesterday was low fat natural yogurt for brekkie, tuna mayo on crackerbread & dinner was sundried & olive chicken with veggies. I have been partaking in glasses of red wine too but am a complete light weight compared to before!!

Calories range from 750-1200 per day depending on what I fancy. xx
