Ok this is week 2 for me but it was mine and my mums birthday so I had 2 meals out (will skip weigh in this week!)
But as of tomorrow I will be back on track 100% and want to try and get to 100 days without any slip ups/days off plan.
Anyone want to join me?
I will be posting on here everyday and putting a huge smiley for every day that I manage.
This isn't about how much weight I lose in that time, it's just about staying on plan.
So 100 days will be from sunday 22nd may - monday 29th august.
Wish me luck! And I hope some others will join me on this. x
