100 sit ups a day challenge??

Hi everyone - I have to admit that didnt manage my sit ups yesterday my little one wasn't 100% but I am back on track and have done them today. I have updated the list.

Hi Flumpy, of course.. it will be nice to have you on board. Add your name and each day you do the situps and the amount, as on the list. It gets re-knewed on Mondays, so that we can see our results and perhaps, beat them the 2nd week. I'll post them up tomorrow eve. Good luck. :D

Losing it for good.. Good on you for joining, i've already started to feel the difference, and thats just been in 6 days. Feels easier to hold my tummy in now and ever so slightly tighter too. Its a good way to tone while you loose, if it helps to stop the skin from sagging, especially as we can't really do any cardio work on the ss plan.. it gives us that control to change our shape and keep it toned too. xx
 
Off for another night shift, so done my sit ups (crunches) just now before my soup.. I have taken off a few ppl who haven't posted yet this week, if you do come back on, just add your name and your amount as it will be the end of the 1st week tomorrow.

Hi everyone,
Just wanted to say that I'm going to opt out for a while - I have decided to use my airwalker for 30mins eveyday instead as want a bit more of an all over workout (dont think I have enough energy to do both at the minute)- but happy sitting ups to all of you and good luck X X X
 
Best of luck with your airwalker, Tinkerbella! They look like they would give you a good work out? I never tried one, but they look like hard work :).
 
Hi, I almost forget to do the sit ups every morning. Not until I log on the forum (which is pretty much straight away in the morning), will I be reminded of this thread :). Wonder when the sit ups will be a daily routine that you do without thinking about it?

Asa.. its come part and parcel now for me to do them in the eve, as soon as Eastenders start, or Corrie (same time each eve), weekends I try and do them mid morning before I go out.. but suppose after a few more weeks, it will be part of life. I've started doing the tummy exercise while washing up, lol.. and ironing and when I do my sit ups, now do Inner and outer thigh exercises too, only takes another 5 mins, so not much more time. Have thought, whilst I am on the floor, what else can I do.. but thats enough for time being. My mind is on my hols for end of July and now I'm on a role so to speak with CD, I have to keep the exercising part up too, or I'd be more flabby, lol.. Thats what I keep telling myself. Will post up later when I've done mine. xx

Witchy, I don't know if you copied an older list, but my sit ups for today have gone missing :).

Nikkie, you will look fab on you vacation! I think they say that you have to do something 21 days in a row in order for it to become a habit, we'll have to check that with each other in another two weeks then :)
