11.5lbs gone....and no bloomin inches

Its reallt got me down. Bad day anyway, fighting those munchy demons, thought the measure would inspire....

Ack, annoying. But you've lost 11.5lbs, so you will have lost inches. But where from? Ha, who knows. Neck? Wrists? knees?

Weird wonders of the body....grrrrr.

Oh, and also it's quite hard to measure in the same place each time, so that could account for a certain amount.

But, the weight is coming off so the inches will come off too :clap:

I swear our bodies know where we want the weight to come off and do it backwards, just to prove they're the bosses.

Don't be down, you're doing brilliantly so far and you're nearly 1 stone lighter than you were a couple of weeks ago.

Im sure the inches will have started to disappear but you may not be noticing the qtr inch here there and everywhere yet.

Keep at it and try to stay focused. You do have your treat allowance now if you need it
