Hello lovely minimins people! After being on Cambridge and carb free for several months anyone know/ have experience on how your body reacts when you re-introduce solid carbs back into your diet as my CDC is making me eat them this week and I'm so nervous!

I know I've got to work up the steps now at goal but I can't believe I'm scared of eating a bloody potato or some rice, it sounds crazy but I am lol! Any advice returners/ maintainers?

Congratulations on reaching your goal!

I'm afraid I'm just at the start of my cambridge journey so I'm unable to help. I guess you just need to do it slowly.

Good luck

I had the same panic! And then I got scared about the fact I was panicking about eating carbs!

I had a slightly different reason to you though. I'm not at my goal weight, but I had a holiday booked. And it turned out fine actually. Just start slow.

I had a wholegrain panini for lunch, and felt fine after. But then had a whole bowl of white pasta in the evening and I did have stomach pain. After that though it was fine. Nice even!

So don't panic, and just listen your body.

Congratulations on your amazing weight loss!! xxx
