Hollyhearts i also think it's because my small that I'm not getting away with so many syns. Also on slimming world it's the most I've ever ate :/
Acceleration training is training on the power plates and 30 mins is small as 90 mins in the gym.
Soo on the plate I do cardio and strength. All high intensity and because the plate is vibrating it warms ur body up faster and keeps ur heart rate up(loads o other benefits)
It's amazing for burning fat and making u lean quickly and because its over in 30 mins u feel like u only started it.
