1ST Weight in since Xmas

and the damage isn't as bad as i though it would be

I havn't been SSing at all aand have put on 3lb and 1.5 inches on my waist and tummy.

Back to SS with a vengeance on Monday and will definately be at goal in the next 6 months.

My husband has decided that this diet is worth a go too and will be joining me on the 20th Jan.

3lbs is half wat I put on hun and it will fall off ye!
