I all as planned i completed 4 wks on ts and said i would do another 4 on ws. Didnt want to weigh myself the first week of ws or check i was in ketosis jus so my body can sort itself out and get used to the food intake. Checked ketosis yesterday and im still in. Weighing and measuring after work so ill let you kno how it goes.
The only thing i would suggest is plan your meals daily and research meals as i got bored the first week.
