2 lbs a week is paying off!

    Week 16: I have lost a whopping 5 lbs this week after adjusting my calorie intake just a little bit - making it a total of 32lbs in 16 weeks.
    Eating around 1800 cals a day and keeping carb intake average (only eat it a breakfast and lunch).

    I have dropped 2 dress sizes (22 to loose 18), gone from 42E cup to 38D cup. Seeing dietitian in 2 weeks to see inches lost around waist.
