hi hun no oa is nothing to do with religion, it does refer to your 'higher power' but you can interpret that as you wish, a guardian angel, your willpower etc- noone is trying to convert anyone and doesnt matter what religion you are everyone is welcome- hope that clears that up. God i sound like i work for oa haha honestly im not here all jehovas witness type recruiting oh members lol i dont mean to preach just i didnt know about oa before and would have been grateful to anyone who had told me about it, if it helps just one person than great- if its not for you fair enough thats great tooHello!
Well done on your loss Emma! I LOVE stuffed crust pizza :-( stay strong!
Congratulations on the sts Cheryl. That's great.
I was put off OA by a post on here that said is was quote a religious based programme. Is this still the case? I just fear that it may not be the best fit for me if that is the case.
I had my WI tonight - lost 9lb! Really happy with that. It was effectively a new week 1 though. Was just looking at my mini goals, and I am quite far off from where I thought I would be. But my progress is good - just think my expectations were unrealistic.
I'm over halfway through my journey now. Exciting! Though still a little daunting I have to do the same again!
