22 weeks into the diet

I'm new to this forum things but the support of people around me has helped me so was hoping I can help others who are dieting the same as me!!
It's hard going but sooo worth it..
I'll share my pictures with u... Looking back it makes u realise how awful i looked and how gd u now feel after loosing those few pounds...
I'm 22 weeks in and have lost 5 stone 8lbs... I even managed to go to California for 2 weeks and loose 3 pounds!!!
