30 day shred purchased - yay

Hi Pinkycharl good luck! I haven't got to the easier bit yet but heres hoping.
Just completed day 3 level 1, can barely walk! Lunges are an absolute killer. Still I'm determined!

Problem, I'm working a 12 hour shift tomorrow, on my feet all day and it'll be manic as always. Can't decide whether to get up a bit earlier to do it (5am instead of 5.15, can't get up when the clock says 4!) or wait til I get home to do it at around 8. I think the first one might be a better option as if I have had a particularly crap/busy day I probably won't have the motivation to do it and normally when I get home I just wanna go to bed. Hopefully I'll sleep tonight then I can get up early and do it. however if I have a night of insomnia (as usual before I am at work) I will wanna stay in bed for as long as poss. :confused:
I know I'm just making up excuses so I should just get on with it!

Ok 2nd week measurements!! Bear in mind ive.not done it since last fri and.only did it last.night and tonigh and.zumba tues.
Waist - 38.5 -0.5
Hips - 38.5 -0.5
Arms - L11 -0.5 R11.5 -0.5
Thighs - L25.5 -0 R25 -0.5

So not bad really!!! Can def see nore defition in my legs!!!

Well done! I've not done any measurements yet but did day 8 level 1 last night. I put on 2.5 lb last week and missed 4 days of shred so not expecting miracles x

Its very hard to do it.every day i.find no.matter how good my intentions!!
Im aching today!! Does anyone know how many calories this.dvd burns im.having trouble finding out and i dont.have a hrm but i want one x

My hrm varies between 200 and 270 depending what effort I put in. Mine was a really cheap on £13 I think xxx

Hey fiona, have lost maybe a total of 4 lbs in last twl.week, and about 4/5 inches. Havent really been.doing it.every day though!! X

Ooo you have one, let me know how many cals you burn. I did an online.calculator to see how many cals.ill.burn tonight at zumba and its around 500 yipee
