Day 4 done, day 5 to do today. I lost my motivation yesterday for diet and exercise after I finished my night shifts. I just wanted chocolate, but today is a new day and I am starting a fresh. I'm planning to do a zumba class on the xbox plus day 5 today. I think gaining weight at weigh in made me feel a bit fed up but seeing your weight losses has helped me, thanks ladies!

Think im for day 3/4 of level three tonight cant remember. I was at zumba last.night.
And ive.just registered to.become a zumba instructor, my training is in sept sooo excited!!! X

Omg could only last 14 mins tonight didnt leave it long enouhh after dinner. Had past and i felt sick whole way through!! Thought i was gonnA vom!! Only burnt 101 cals lol

I did day 2 level 2 tonight, missed it last night.

Wow I love zumba but I'm rubbish at it so at the moment I'm doing it at home til I get some coordination. Congrats on doing the course, that'll definitely help your weight loss!
Day 5 level 1 done yesterday plus some zumba, Day 6 to do today, I'm going on holiday tomorrow though so we'll see if I manage to do any of it while I am away.
It's amazing that level 2 burnt 300cals that's great!

Omg I've done this DVD before but started again at level 1 yesterday and just did day two of it now. I'm sooo sore I don't remember it being this bad last time. Never done a dvd in my life where I look forward to the abs sections!
 
Hey cf70 i know that fewling, haha i look forward to ab section too lol!!! I really hurt during and.scream Nd shout but for some reason i never really.hurt the next day!! Maybe im not doing it right!!! Power to.the shred haha

How's everyone doing?? I finally completed day 30 and feel great for having a nice relaxing week in the sun and then will strt on buns and thighs!!! Xx

How managable is the 30 day shred for a lazy butt? Got the DVD, was laughed at by my flatmates boyfriend first time I went to use it so been collecting dust since. Moving in 5 weeks (yay!) so thinking I could give it a go again.
 
Just done day 7 after a little break for my hol. And a massive weight gain. Decided to start again on the weight front to boost my motivation! considering I had 4 days off the shred wasn't too bad. Feel good for getting straight back onto it. Hope everyone else is doing well!
 
Hi i havent done shred since thurs, spent whole weekend housework/cleaning/working and was too knackered. Then mon night had a chinese and.last night half a dominos!!! Soo bad!! Been good.today so far just salads!!
If you stick to level one anjust push through the pain and breath easy it passes after ten mins as your muscles catch up so anyone can do it, just go in and give it a go, power through the burn, which for me was my shins lol
