I use a heart rate monitor it was about £15 from tesco. Really keeps u motivated x

I can't get photos uploaded Internet to slow on ship :(

But my starting measurements were:

Waist: 38
Bust: 43
Bum: 43
Under boobs (my hated part of body!) 38
Thighs: r: 22.5 l: 21.5
Starting weight : 83.5 kgs

And after a week on Atkins and 30 day shred they are:

Waist 36!!
Bust: 41.5
Bum: 43
Under boobs! : 36.5
Thighs: r: 22.5 l: 21

Don't know my week weight loss until tomorrow when in port but had a sneaky weigh on Monday and was 79.9 kg!!! All water prob but spurs u on! Good luck everyone :) I can safely say its working for me :) xx

Yeah it seems to be falling off quite quickly I'm sure it will slow down! I was amazed! Hope u have big losses too! I'm gonna get Jillians next DVD if this makes a big diff! Xx

Here's my start photos and after 8 day photos! Only my belly that's the area I'm most concentrating on cos hate it especially my boob lumps lol! Apologies for the knicker and bra flash taking the photos on my own lol! Wanted flesh photos too :)
The horrible lumps are disappearing!!

Yes we all have diff prob areas I hate my thighs they've always been big, they meet in the middle and I have big saddlebags that make it look like I've got really low hips and short legs x

I have big thighs also, this is my main problem area . While been on CD i have lost 2 inches of both so v slowly getting there. I just want to wake up and have skinny legs lol
