Been for WI, only lost 1lb :-( by my CDC reckons it could be muscle gain!
And.1 inch off waist

My scales are slowly creeping up =/ just done day 9 dunno wether i'm gonna carry on to level 2 although i am enjoying doing it

Omh just did level 2 bloody love it, i sweated more i panted more and it was fun!!!!

Harder but great if that makes sense its quicker than level 1. And i could hardly walk upstairs after lol haha. I kept shoutining IM IN HELL IM IN HELL hahaha
