Does anyone else do this? I started day 1 of level 1 yesterday and according to MFP I'd have burned 208 calories with 20 minutes of circuit training. Is that right? Seems a lot!

- start weight 12.4 - goal weight 10.0
 
I don't eat back my exercise cals, would love to but got too much weight to lose! Lol x
