Just realised that it's exactly 5 months to the date today that I've been on LT :eek::eek:

Seeing as though I didn't know if I could last the first day let alone a month, I'm pretty pleased with myself today.

For anybody starting, stick with it. It gets a lot easier and just becomes so normal not to eat! Really!!

5 months done and less than 2.5 weeks to go. Can't believe I'm refeeding so soon. Never thought that day would come.

Thanks Colette. Yeah, I can't wait for refeeding now. At first I was nervous thinking about eating again but as the months have passed I can't wait! To be honest I'm a little bored of LT now, as you can imagine, so just want some other tastes and textures.

Well done on your first week's loss, it was massive!! Keep going cos the weight really will come off on this. It wont be long until you're saying that you're refeeding and coming to the end of this, honestly, time really does fly by on this. Keep going!

Thanks a lot Nikita. I'm hoping refeeding will be fine too, I then go on hols for 2 weeks so not sure what damage I will do then but I'm not worried about putting on a bit of weight whilst I'm away. I'll sort that out when I come back. No more TFR for me though and can't wait.

Hi Bev, you have done brilliantly well and I'm sure you will find re-feeding a breeze! I'm loving my life now that I'm not in a depression about how unhealthily fat I am, how gross I look, weather I am going to be "good" or "bad" on my diet today.....the freedom is just fantastic! :worthy: O praise to Lipotrim, the diet to end all diets!!!!

Let's hope it is the diet to end all diets!!

Really looking forward to refeeding and getting back to what I consider a normal life. Being able to go out and have meals, albeit healthier ones. I find I'm so much happier than before. Not worrying about what to wear to hide all the fat or will I be the biggest person at wherever we're going. Not anymore!!

    Hi Bev,
5 months, almost 7 stone! You give me such hope!:talk017:
You are such an inspiration, I look forward to reading your posts as you give practical advice and always appear to have such a sunny disposition - I wish you all the best for the last 2 weeks of TFR and for the rest of your journey. That holiday has been well earned. Well done

Thanks so much Doirin. Nice to be able to help people along their way a little.

Roll on holiday and size 14 clothes, maybe even some 12s cos some are a little big now!
