You would have hated the weather here today then, Sarah. It was so windy in the playground that even I was worried I'd get blown away:D. British summertime is supposed to start on Sunday, but where is spring???:confused:

Mmmm, the facial was lovely. I've never had one before but will it will definitely be a regular treat from now on. Corinne Bailey Rae was playing in the background - I could have stayed for hours:D.

I had another loss this week which brings me into the 'overweight' category and less than 30 BMI. Very pleased, even after eating out twice at the weekend.

Wow Jax, I see you've done more than 45 miles on your exercise ticker, you must be thrilled to bits;). AND you are just a whisker away from a BMI of less than 30 - it's gotta happen very soon...

Irene, it's always lovely to hear from you:). I'm ok when I'm focused and steady on the tightrope. Stepping off usually means falling badly, but I'm hoping that I have learned enough lessons to get back on before screwing it up (again). It's just a constant battle, isn't it?

Hello there hunny! How is the little one - giving you sleepless nights I bet. I do remember that laying down to sleep seemed to wake my 'bump' up and it soon became annoying rather than 'cute' (what my husband said). Then again, when I was in labour (and being brave not crying with the pain), he said "not much happening, is there". He was too far away to hit. AND he liked using the gas an air thingy:D.

Yes, I'm on the straight and narrow at the moment - long may it continue. My head seems to be in the right place, but for how long??? I don't look too far ahead...

lol.. i dont know what it is.. but as soon as i lie down.. he takes it as his cue to wake up.. always happens..! soooo weird.. lol.. i feel michaels hand is my fair game.. surely he should have to feel some of the pain too.. just sharing it out a bit.. hehe.. you used a tens machine didnt you? i'm considering renting one..

So glad your head seems to be focussed.. theres a lot to be said for feeling in the right place.. and having your head in th game..

Well done on getting in to your overweight range - you must be thrilled as it's a big marker.

Maintaining is generally ok - have stayed the same as I was when I got my gold key with little fluctuations here and there. Not sure how I will get on while I am on holiday - oh well....just try harder when I get home.xx
 
Well done on the BMI AJ, I think you're fab and I'm so pleased you've found a way to do this and still fit in your visits to Spoons ;)

Hmmm, curry night is a rare treat, Sarah. Usually too busy AND it's weigh in night;). However, mum and dad are popping up for a few days and my dad would probably love to go along...
