8 stone gone!!

Jeeeez I'd NEVER have believed it if someone told me back in January that come July I'd be 8stone lighter and -just-about- a size ten!!
I've gone from size 22 to a 10 on top and just-about-(slight muffin top)- on the bottom!!!

Well, I will have to put up before and after pics-my aviater is from a few months back- when I get a laptop!

I just CAN'T BELIVE IT!!!!!
