Today at my weigh in I lost another 4 lbs

on Wednesday I fitted into my first pair of 14 jeans

I had to buy a new swimming costume, and wow I like it lol

my legs look thin, weird but thin, not sure I like it pmsl weird !!!


Anyway 10 more lbs and I'm onto refeed until the new year some time when I will be ready maybe to lose the final 2 stone...

I've noticed I'm overweight now and not morbidly obese
