_Becca's Dukan Diary (PCOS sufferer)...

I started Dukan on the 30th October.

I was meant to do 4 days attack but I did 5 as I am doing the diet with a friend and it would be more helpful if we were both on PV and PP days together.

I lost 5lbs in 5 days.

Hoping to carry on losing 2lb a week until my target (4 weeks).

I have already lost alot of weight through SW and then with my own healthy eating style. Gone from a size 22 to a 12.

I suffer from PCOS so struggle to lose weight and put it on so easily, after learning cutting carbs worked for me I though Dukan sounded fab.

04/11/2011 - 172lbs - (-4lbs) END OF ATTACK
07/11/2011 - 170lbs - (-2lbs) 7lb loss 1st week!

I used to WI on mondays and I think I will carry this on.

I am sticking 100% to plan till the 17th of December as I have a 30th to go for, hoping I can wear a size 10 dress.

First day of cruise PV went well.

B: grilled bacon and scrambled eggs
L: chicken SALAD!! It was so good.
T: chicken breast with some caramalised red onion (red onion, some splenda and a dash of balsamic vinegar).

PP today; got a slight headache, maybe the shock of the veg but it is around the time for "that time of the month".

Amazed with how well I am sticking to it.

Did a food shop, got some lovely fish for the freezer from the last chance section and some lean steak mince.

Going to make courgettes onions and tomotos on sunday, get my veg fix!
