B - 2 Alpen light (hexb)

L - tin chopped tomatoes, mushrooms, scrambled eggs

D - turkey stirfry - lots of veg, rice

snacks - cadbury little bar 5.5 syns
funsize milkyway 3.5 syns
cadburys highlights hot chocolate 2 syns
2 choc & caramel hifi light bars 6 syns
can anybody tell I really like chocolate??

hexa - skimmed milk from allowance
hex b - 2 alpen light bars

total syns - 17 (not great but it was saturday night)

29/01/12 - Sunday

B - Nothing... had a lovely lie in thanks to my gorgeous mr! :D

L - sunday lunch at mums consisting of boiled pots, chicken (all skin removed), cauliflower, carrots, teeniest amount of gravy (2 syns)

D - 1.5 slices toast from 800g loaf (hexb), baked beans, mushrooms, 2 boiled eggs. small amount of flora buttery for the toast (3 syns) this was so yummy!

snacks - 1 cadburys chocolate finger (1 syn), grapes. fat free fromage frais mixed with options white choc... omg i could eat this all day long. (2syns) flora buttery (3 syns)

Hexa - skimmed milk from allowance
Hexb - 1.5 slices of wholemeal bread from 800g loaf for toast

total syns - 8

I have officially survived the weekend... the time I struggle the most to stay on track... I went over syns slightly on saturday but I'm not gonna beat myself up too much about that. I'm currently very proud of myself. :D

Another new week, lets see if I can be as good this week :D

D - salmon, brocolli, new pots, carrots, sweetcorn

snacks - slice of ham, strawberry mullerlight, banana, cadburys little bar (5.5 syns) cadburys highlights hot choc (2 syns)

hex a - skimmed milk for porridge
hex b - porridge

bleugh!! That sums up how I feel right now. I haven't updated food plan for yesterday as I didn't eat, monday night i started witht the dreaded sickness bug thats been plaguing my house! At one point I was actually sat feeding my 10 week old baby whilst being sick into a bucket :cry:then he was sick too :cry:

today was weigh in day and I've lost 8.5lbs, this is amazing but then I've not eaten since monday so thats obviously the reason.

I've just managed a spot of lunch so will begin updating again now.

hmmm not been very good at updating over the last few days, I recovered from my sickness bug and came down with a cold... all runny nose and banging head :(

I've stayed on plan all week until friday when I decided I needed a curry to warm me through, made a pataks madras (23 syns) per jar :eek: however I only had 1 portion... maybe just over so might have had 7 syns maybe. Had it with boiled rice so actually its probably not as bad as I originally thought.

So back to updating everyday now, I need to keep an eye on what I'm eating
 
05/02/12 - sunday

B - porridge with blueberries & 1 tspn honey (1syn) - so yummy everyone go try this right now!
1 ryvita spread with 1 laughing cow extra light (1 syn)

L - Roast chicken - skin removed, new pots, carrots, cauliflower, sprouts, large yorkshire pudding (6 syns) gravy (3 syns)

D - turkey and veg stirfry- beansprouts, sweetcorn, celery, mushrooms, peppers, onion, soy sauce, fry light

Hex a - skimmed milk from allowance
Hex b - porridge, ryvita

snacks - syn free mullerlight

L - egg fried rice with mushrooms, onion, peppers. frylight, milk from hexa allowance

D - turkey stirfry - beansprouts, mushrooms, onions, peppers, lettuce, carrot. sweetcorn, soy sauce

snacks - syn free mullerlight, fresh pineapple, choc orange hi-fi bar (6 syns)

hex a - skimmed milk from allowance
hex b - porridge, ryvita

syn total - 8 :)

snacks - melon, lemon hi-fi bar (6 syns)

hexa - skimmed milk from allowance
hexb - porridge & ryvita

syn total - 8.5

Hi hun, just catching up, how's it going? X

hiya hun, been really good this week stayed on plan and tried so hard.. went to wi yesterday and 1.5lbs on :mad: grrrr!

all I can think is that with losing 8.5lbs the week before (with being sick) I lost a lot of fluid too and as soon as I ate and drank again my body gained a bit back. Rationalising this does not make me feel better... I'm very deflated :cry:

B - nothing as had wi... 1.5lbs on :cry:

L - bowl chopped toms peppered, ham salad sandwich, homemade, no mayo... 2 slices of wholemeal bread from hovis 800g- i can have just over 1.5 slices for hexb and there are 4.5 syns per slice so i'm gonna call it 2 syns for the extra bit of bread, tab of flora buttery. 2 syns

D - baked salmon, new pots, broccoli, cabbage, leek

the girls came last night, so glad they did as I really needed cheering up after my gain, they both also gained a bit. 1 of them made soup which was free and lovely.

I made a cheesecake which was 15 syns for the whole thing split between 4 so just under 4 syns each.

hex a - skimmed milk from allowance throughout the day for tea and coffee then drunk the rest after dinner. (note to self... you do not like skimmed milk on its own :eek:

hex b - wholemeal bread

snacks - mullerlight

Aw Hun it's so frustrating isn't it - but your rationalisation sounds spot on!! If you were ill the week before then it probably will take a while for your body to balance out again!!

Sounds like you had a great night with the girls - always helps to put a smile back on your face, and well done for sticking to plan!! Xx

D - tuna pasta salad - lettuce, tomatoes, onion, cucumber, lighter than light mayo - prob about 2 syns worth.

snacks - muller light. choc orange hi-fi bar (6 syns)

hexA - skimmed milk from allowance
hexB - porridge and ryvita

syn total - 10

Not posted in a while, grandad died, had funeral, then I fell ill again, tonsilitis this time. Been on track though and have managed to lose another 4.5lbs so am happy.
