had a sneeky peek at the scales this morning and they recon i've put on 2lb! I dont believe them as ive been really good this week and i know i look slimmer and my clothes arnt as tight. So even if the scales at slimming world agree tonight i shall not be too disheartened p.s its * week

Iv missed class past month nearly so having to rejoin for 3rd time in two years but hey ho im going back as soon as i could so thats not to bad but struggled to lose using ee days. Going to try red and green days mainly with ocassional ee maybe weekend.
So thought i peek through your page for inspiration which you given me, fab idea omlette with dinners on red i always wonder what to substitude potatoes/rice pasta with etc as i dont like using my hex b for chips or that!

Well your very welcome :) im not a fan of potatoes in any form so thats not a problem for me i usually just end up doing more green days as I can have lots of pasta or beans and plus red days take abit more prep which im not so good at, i dont really have any starchy things on red just usually meat and veg or salad I do end up eating quite alot of eggs though which some people say isnt good for you but oh well i'm still loosing weight :) good look to you also!
