going to try not have many syns today as just worked out total for all syns had this week (monday to saturday) is 116 and max total should be 105 (15 syns a day over 7 days) so not actually gone too far over :)

Morrisons lamb shank in minted gravy (1.5 syns) Chicken and 2 slices of wholemeal bread (HEB)

Red and green grapes (bought a carton of each so will be eating them throughout the day)
and some strawberrys (a substite for birthday cake from the ladies at work)

Weigh in at 7pm - not been officially weighed since i've come back from Turkey, on my scales id put on just less than a stone when i weighed my self the day after we got back but its been a week since then, anyways - Put on 5lbs , but happy with this as it means ive lost weight since coming back :)
