I mainly follow red and green days as i find it abit of a chore having 1/3 superfree with meals as i dont like veg much, plus i like having an extra healthy extra :D

Anyway so since its only half 8 in the morining ill start with what i had yesterday

Some more scotch eggs and a couple of chicken legs
