well the plan was to have my lasagne but bf has just informed me we're going out for Frankie and bennys now so some of lasagne will be for tomorrow and the rest i'll freeze :)

(I have decided after reading some threads on here and the slimming world websites food optimising guide to frankie and bennys to have the light choice spaghetti oceana

unfortunatley frankie and bennys do not provide and nutritional information of their meals however i've been able to find out the calorie content and serving size , i really want to have a semi accurate syn value so then i did an online search for nutritional information for simalar dishes and found out the carb, fat and protein for a spaghetti with seafood with round about the same calories, ive entered this into the syns calculator and came out at 3.5 on green and 4 on red, i however feel this seems generous so going to say its at least 7 or 8 as that seems more likely)

just looked on syns online for some of the syns for pizza hut pastas and their really not that bad so actually think my f&b choice is the 4 syns so thats what im going with

Franky and bennys spaghetti oceana (4 syns)

One of the chefs who works for us came into the agency this afternoon with choclate cake :eek: couldn't resist ill say 10 syns to be on the safe side wasnt a big piece

I had that the last time I went to F&Bs, I def think it would be 4 syns or even less because it looked very SW friendly, it's nice too :) xx

Morrisons lamb shank in rosemary and wine gravy (1.5 syns) with carrots and swede

... then pigged out abit had 4 more jaffa cakes (10 syns)
8 pieces of cadbuy dairy milk (12 syns)
2 pieces cadbury caramel (4 syns)
1 bag of pom bears (5 syns)
midget gems about 10 (3 syns)

Total syns = 14 + pig out (31 syns) noooo
flexi syns day me thinks

so thats a total of 104.25 syns for the week out of 105 so not gone over aslong as i stick to 0.75 syns tommorow :) try not have any though to alow for hidden syns through out the week

weight in at 7pm, lost 1.5 lbs :) so down to 9st 4lbs now, just 4lbs to go to get back to my lowest weight so far
