Wednesday - Sts this week which was very lucky for me. Told Mark that he has to be my backbone and help me to stay away from takeaways instead of suggesting them in front of friends etc.
A mini target for me is to lose 6lb by Xmas.

It's absolutely gorgeous but it is 4 syns bowl. But I think that's fine just to be able to have something so nice and different.

The recipe is in the recipe folder if you want to have a go making it.
