Bless my OH.
He's been doing WW for ages with limited success (he doesn't do it properly and I refuse to act like his mum and be his WW prefect monitor/fridge monitor/exercise nagger etc etc....but that is a whole other post!!)

Tonight he's come home with tubs of slimfast and tells me he has decided to do his own diet which sounds a bit like a slim-fasty version of WS. Shake for breakfast and lunch then small meal.

Think he may be a bit perturbed by my level of committment to TS!! :p

Aww bless him :)

Woohoo! Found your diary!

You are doing so well! I'm a walking grump bucket - with spots. So many spots!

Hi Jenniec! I don't think my OH is going to last the weekend on his own version of WS. He was hungry and kept picking at stuff....but yes it was pretty sweet of him to attempt it and be supportive ;-)

I've been a total grumpster tonight nonnibear cos for a friday night it was SOOOOO BORING! No wine, an exante bar as nibbles and bugger all on the tele! My 3month old had the right idea falling asleep at 730pm!
Biggest excitement was putting Mia in one of those baby doorframe bouncer things for the first time....she loved it and looked supercute!
I must get out more.

I just kept thinking: it will be worth it. It will be worth it.

Well I've got my jillian dvd in the morning....wooo wooo.
Then gym in the afternoon. Need to try and tone as i lose it. Bloody hard work on only a few calories though.
Really has been a bit of a down day today. I know it's because it's friday and i would normally 'treat myself' to wine and takeaway.....it's not a treat though when it's twice a week in enormous quanties and makes you over 20st.

This will always be a danger time for me so i have to recognise that and change.

Right, time for bed. Early start tomorrow. Night all xx

:wavey:

What to do when you've got lots of time on your hands?

Clean, clean, CLEAN!! Changed all the beds, cleaned all the windows, bathroom done, hoovered throughout and any other little job I could get my hands on today to stop me thinking about fattening things I can't and shouldn't be eating.
I also figured it's good exercise!

As it's Sat night I have saved both my bar and soup to have tonight whilst watching a movie so that I feel satisfied.

Weekends are 10 times harder for me than weekdays. Must be because it is a time of socialising, letting your hair down and having a treat which would normally be wine and a takeaway for me. But TS offers no treats!!!
I have to come up with new ones like a nice bath or a trip to the gym to get the endorphins flowing!!

Stay strong and the weekend will pass and tuesdays WI will prove it's worth it.

x

Hiya mrsb, love your diary, you're so funny! Good luck on your journey and well done on your losses so far :)

so you are going to be thin and have a spotless home :D Sounds good!!!

Haaa haaa!! It's true!! I'll be a stick bean lady in one of those mag's like 'hellooo' or 'OK' where they show people around their spotless homes! Oh hang on I need to be famous first....damn!

I know what you mean chick, I am finding weekends really boring now! It's amazing how much I based them around food and socialising with food. I wish I had the cleaning bug, I am just sleepy haha maybe you can come clean my house too ;) xx

I'm becoming pretty militant on the cleaning front so you never know! A new career may beckon :)

Back on track!!! And weigh in tomorrow. Just bought 28 ultra slim bars from tesco!! Woohoo!!

How are you today? Still cleaning? I'm well worried about tomorrow's weigh in after this weekend!

Lauren :)

Hi Lauren,

Well done for getting back on track because it is easy to have a little slip up and think, 'sod it' and then go mental!!

Really don't worry too much about the weigh in tomorrow. It was always gonna be less than week one's mammouth loss.
I reckon any loss is good.

The main focus has got to be that you're back on track and week three is a completely fresh week.....go for it!!

I've had a horrible day, took my eyes off my little girl for two seconds and she hit her head on a wooden box. She really cried and now has a red line on her cheek. It's the first time she has ever hurt herself.
I feel soooooooo guilty and cried almost as much as her!!
I am now like an over protective lioness, pacing up and down, surrounding her with scatter cushions where ever she is playing.

Cleaning is still big on the agenda....eyeing up the oven for a big clean this week.....woooooooo!

Am looking forward to WI tomorrow, just wish it was a massive amount like last week as it's been the same amount of bloody effort!

xxxxx

Aww sorry about her head :(
Wouldn't it be nice if the losses always reflected the effort :) Lots of people who have had a big week one loss have small week two losses but then it evens out so try not to be too disheartened if it is small
When I first did LL I lost 11lb in week 1 then week 2 (100% TS) I gained a pound! I was mortified! It did get better after that though x
Hope it's a good one!

Aw bless! Still, kids whack themselves loads! I used to work on a resi centre for them and have held heads together, wrapped a fingertip in ice for reattachment (utterly rank) and all sorts!

Come round and clean my house!

Ok once i've done jenniec's house then i'll do yours!!
Mia was fine after her little bump, think it's me who needs to toughen up though. :'-(
I have some great news!! Me and my OH have booked a holiday. Just a week in Spain but i can't bloody wait. Been forever since i had a proper holiday. I now have another goal to stay strong for.....6weeks to lose as much as possible and tone up. Eek!

Better get some sleep now as the little bugger was up at 130am then 6am yest....yawn!

Weigh in.....week 2 of TS (100%)

I was 19st 10lbs......I am now....(drumroll please!)......19st 6lb.....da daaaaaaaaa!

Loss of FOUR pounds. Total loss of 16 pounds in two weeks.

Must keep going. Must keep going. Must keep going. :)

Will do all my measurements later to see inches lost.

Well done, you must be so pleased! My first WI is not til Saturday, but had a sneaky check yesterday and had lost 5lbs already! Looking forward to Saturday, also ordered 30 day shred which should arrive soon, gonna try and get up a bit early and do that before the kids get up :)
