AAM felt very naughty

Hi peeps I decided to AAM think this is something I might do once a wk,always thought Id struggle with no food over long period then make bad choices.
I had 3oz of chicken ,cabbage,broccili and cauliflower which I boiled in water with curry poweder..and omg I feel like I have just been really naughty and had an indian..Hopefully I got it right as to what I had if so defo one I will be doing again..
 
Hiya, that sounds like the sort of thing that I do, and it seems to work really well. Just make sure you keep to the one meal, and don't let it creep into a whole day of eating. I've found it works really well, and it's helping me to stay a bit connected with food and not get scared of it - I think everyone just has to find their own way with it

I do this too, it really helps me to stay on track through the week. Hasn't affected losses either.
