Breakfast:
Chicken and cheese toastie with mushrooms,cherry toms and spinach

Lunch:
Chicken salad wrap

Dinner:
Bacon & mushroom omelette with spinach

Dessert:
Stewed apple,crushed ginger biscuit and yoghurt

Healthy Extras:
A: 45g mozzarella cheese
B: Stewed apple
B:wm bread (400g loaf)

Body magic:
Went for a 15minute walk with my fiance and brought some fruit xx

Fruit salad and 2 Alpen light bars

Homemade vegetable soup

Spaghetti Bol with Healthy B choice of wm pasta(100g) and veg

Had a great day today! lost 3.5lbs! would like to loose another 6lbs to get me at the bottom of my target range xxxx
