lunch - 2 crumpets with margerine - 10
dinner - cheese ham and leek pasta n sauce -1

extras - fruit and FF yoghurt

Tuesday - hmm not going to be a very good day as i have a wedding reception tonight and i think we are going for an indian first. Will have a synless breakfast and lunch but im obviously going to go way over tonight.

breakfast - 28g puffed wheat with sweetner
lunch - jp and cottage cheese
 
going to weigh in tonight for the bad news!! probs baout +5lb, eek!!!
Had a great night at the wedding last night and have a terrible hangover but im going to try and stick to plan.

Wednesday...EE
B - coffee
l - 2 WW sausages (2), 2 eggs, trimmed bacon and beans with 1 slice nimble (1/2 b)
d - jp and cottage cheese
e - 1 alpen light (1/2 b)and FF yoghurt.

Had 5 of daughters wotsits - 1 syn

Total for the day...3 syns

i gained 3lbs at weigh in which im ok with. have bought a 12 week countdown and hope to be very near or at target by the end of it.

Thursday...EE

l - tomato pasta n sauce
d - chicken breast stuffed with 2 extra light trinagles (2) and garlic and parsley, wrapped in trimmed bacon and served with baby new potatos
 
Friday - EE

B - bacon and egg on 2 slices of nimble (b + 1syn for margerine)
l - jacket potato and cottage cheese
got a kids party this afternoon but wont eat anything
d - roast potatoes and chicken and bacon with gravy - 2 syns
 
Saturday - green

Breakfast - 2 nimble toast with 1 scrambled egg (1+ b)
lunch - 4 ryvita with 4 lc cheese triangles (a + b)
dinner - ravioli- (1.5) with mashed potato (2 for margerine)

breakfast - chopped apples and ff yoghurt with Coffee
lunch - chicken and bacon and mayo sandwhich (b +1.5)
dinner - syn free bolognaise on a jacket spud ( b) with cheese on top (a)
evening - 3 ryvita (4.5) with cheese triangles (a)

breakfast - 2 weetabix and banana (b)
lunch - tin of ravioli - 1.5
Dinner - pasta, tinned toms, basil and low fat mozzerella (a + a for parmasan)
evening - will use my B on either some ryvita or alepn lights
 
tuesdays plan - EE

Breakfast - chopped banana, apple, satsuma covered in FF yoghurt.
lunch - 4 ryvita with 4 extra light triangles, cheese curls (3.5)
dinner - jacket spud with tuna and 2 tsp extra light mayo (1)
 
wednesday - green

breakfast - 2 weetabix with banana (b)
lunch - jacket potato with cottage cheese
dinner - mashed potato (2) with tin of ravioli (1.5)
evening - 2 alpen lights (b)
 
weigh in tonight. i wouldny be surprised with a gain as my body tends to be a week behind and i have gone over my syns most days. Its the weather and star week im sure!!

Thursday - EE
breakfast - banana, apple and satsuma chopped up with shape yoghurt.
lunch - pasta n sauce with cheese (1 +a)
snack at weigh in - alpen light
dinner after weigh in - Weight watchers lasagne (5.5) and baby new potatoes with alpen light and yoghurt for desert.
 
Friday - Red

Breakfast - banana, apple, grapes and blueberrys covered in shape feel fuller yoghurt.
lunch - 2 boiled eggs and toast (b + 1 for marg)
dinner - home made burgers with bacon and cheese (a) and sw chips (b) - 2 syns for 4tbs mayo
evening - alpen light (3), muller light and options hot choc (2)

Saturday - EE

at my friends she made me a hot chocolate on her new machine that i felt bad declining so ill count this as 6 syns
Dinner - pasta with tuna and 4tbs exta light mayo (2syn) and cheese (a)
evening - frozen muller light with chopped banana

Sunday...EE

Im off out for dinner and drinks as a friend is leaving work and its her send off. Will be good all day but im bound to go over at the meal, although i will go for the best option and stick to diet coke and vodka.

Breakfast - fruit salad and yoghurt
lunch - cheese and ham toastie

Edit: have decided to not go off plan for the meal tonight, im just going to have a jacket spud and beans or gammon, egg and plain jacket spud. Going to allow myself up to 6 single vodkas and diet coke for 15 syns. Have done my work out this morning off 30 min jog, 200 star jumps and 25 lunges.

just wanted to note that i have decided not to drink tonight and drive as it is far too cold to walk home and i would like to save the syns and money as ive just booked a holiday thats in 6.5 weeks time! Id love to loose as much as possible by then so im going to try and be 100% until then and do my exercises at least 5 times a week.
 
Oops last night didnt go as id planned and i drank....and ate! Bit annoyed with myself really as i wa slookig at about a 4lb loss this week but have already put some back on.

Monday....Green

Brunch - tin of beans on 2 slices of nimble (b), muller light
afternoon snack - fruit and yoghurt
dinner - weight watchers lasagne (5.5), jacket potato.
Evening - 2 alpen light bars and 42g reduced fat chedder
 
Tuesday....EE

Breakfast - banana, muller and coffee
Did 40 min work out
lunch -bacon and egg on toast - (B+ 1)
dinner - Chicken, carrots, mash (1), new pots, brocolli and 2 mini yorkies (4) with gravy (2)

so exhausted today so havent done my work out but have been chasing my daughter around and looking after my mil who has broke her wrist. Have done it 4 times already this week and will do it agian in the morning so im not too stressed about it. Weigh in tomorrow night.
