Alex's Diary

That's is great I bet your dead chuffed I know I would be such a confidence booster !!

Alex you are doing great!! Keep it up :) xxxxx

Day 5

Porridge for breakfast (yummy and very filling)

Spaghetti Bol (boy is it spicy lol!) with roasted peppers and mushrooms for lunch

Going out for a picnic (provided by someone else!) this afternoon so will do my best to stay on plan but may have to have bread (I miss bread lol!)

Then a bar and lots of water tonight.

But I've mowed the lawn and weeded garden this morning so plenty of exercise done!

So I'm hoping a little blip won't hurt the loss this week (I realise I may have to get back into ketosis). We'll see on Thursday :)

Its funny I've found the the "normal spag bol" is spicier than the spicy spag bol :S which is bizzarre! Your doing so well on plan keep up the good work honey x x x

Hi Alex
I'm on day 11 and have been totally 100% from the start.
I also did CD a few years back and boy, was it boring!!!
I love S&S so much more choice and flavour (Trueleame - I'm with you on the spaghetti!)
You're doing great and are so focused that I'm sure you'll get to goal x x

Hi Beth,

CD was really boring compared to SS... I'm not sure how I stuck it for so long lol!

I am really focused though and determined to be a size 12 by the end if the summer :)

Hope you've had a good day and had fun at the picnic!

Picnic was lovely but I feel so bloated now - I think my body is reacting to the bread... I've not had any for 3 months! Must remember this feeling when I crave it in the future.

Bread does that to me now, not a bad thing as it stops me wanting it when I'm not dieting!

Glad you had a good time!

Day 5

100% so far.

Porridge for breakfast (Love it - warm and really filling)
Banana shake for lunch at work
Few olives and a can of Coke Zero when I got home
Mushroom pasta with 100g of mushrooms added for tea

Leaving a bar and another can of zero later on :)

Day 6 cont...

I'm starving tonight!! I've had some extra veg to nibble on... Then my bar (on plan) but still hungry! It's obviously the come down from the carbs yesterday :-( So I'm having a couple of hard boiled eggs to stave of the pangs - better to have a bit extra protein than cave in and have something really bad

Alex

Day 7

Breakfast - yummy porridge :)

But hay fever really bad this morning so eyes puffy and runny and a bright red nose - very attractive lol! X

I think the pollen counts really high today. Snuffly house here too!

Hope you have a good day on plan :)

Day 7 cont

Much better day today... I think I'm back in ketosis :)

Vanilla cereal shake for lunch in the car between meetings! So didn't really enjoy it at all :-(

But for dinner I've had tomato chilli with loads of mushrooms, peppers and spring onions dry fried in a little Frylite... Which was lovely and really filling :)

Now I'm having a frozen raspberry shake (so nice!) and Coke Zero.

Just spent 2 hours sorting out all of my size 16 and 18 clothes that are too big for me and putting them into a bag for the charity shop :)

Felt great until I realised I have barely anything to wear for work now! I'm ok for casual clothes as I've got loads in boxes from last time I was this size.

But I'm determined not to buy anything else until I'm a size 12 which I hope to be by September when I go back to work after the summer holidays :)

Lol! I did that at the weekend! Just gave it all to my pal, who did me the honour as I would have cried!
I am now buying from tesco cheap stuff to keep me going from the sale / basic range.
