Day 5
Porridge for breakfast (yummy and very filling)
Spaghetti Bol (boy is it spicy lol!) with roasted peppers and mushrooms for lunch
Going out for a picnic (provided by someone else!) this afternoon so will do my best to stay on plan but may have to have bread (I miss bread lol!)
Then a bar and lots of water tonight.
But I've mowed the lawn and weeded garden this morning so plenty of exercise done!
So I'm hoping a little blip won't hurt the loss this week (I realise I may have to get back into ketosis). We'll see on Thursday![]()

I love S&S so much more choice and flavour (Trueleame - I'm with you on the spaghetti!)

Felt great until I realised I have barely anything to wear for work now! I'm ok for casual clothes as I've got loads in boxes from last time I was this size.
But I'm determined not to buy anything else until I'm a size 12 which I hope to be by September when I go back to work after the summer holidays![]()
