Ally's Diary - take two

Got a proper sugar craving going on :(
 
Ummm if having over 30 syns means getting past it..yes xD

I've decided i'm not going to attempt to make up the syns i went over yesterday and tuesday, what will be will be.

Breakfast: weetabix, banana and honey
Lunch: Caribbean chicken (chicken with onion, mango, pineapple, grapes and kiwi in a cajun spiced sauce thing) and fruit salad (well mainly left over mango with a little pineapple and melon!)
Tea: Chicken drumsticks with nandos bbq rub and salad

Hea: milk
Hea: 2x babybels
Heb: weetabix
Heb: 2x alpen lights

Syns: acacia honey 2, 2x werther 2.5, 2x chocolate finger 3, 2x wine gums 2, jaffa cake 2.5, oreo 2.5
Total syns: 14.5
Free snacks: prepacked fruit

me and the mother are going shopping in Chester tomorrow, hopefully i can stay on plan for lunch, but might have to flexi syn a little
 
Think i fruit overdosed at lunch, didnt realise there was as much fuit in the caribbean chicken as there was, as well as my fruit salad it was a fair amount of fruit!
 
Been chester today, so got a few hours of walking in (and a nice train ride :p), bought a pair of shorts and a top in primark, got home and the size 14 top is a little big but hey I like baggy tops :p and manged to spend £25 in the Disney store on Alice in wonderland mini toys oops xD so food, lunch was just about on plan, though I'm classing my brie as a hea, even though strictly speaking it should only be used as a Heb on a green if i remember right

Breakfast: banana, 2x plums, ww yog
Lunch: bacon and brie sandwich
Tea: ham salad

Hea: milk
Hea: brie
Heb x2: 2x 800g slice bread

Syns: country life spread 5, oil 3, 25g bag fridge raiders 1, curly wurly 6
Total syns: 15

Bought a new wii game in Chester too "10 minute solution" basically all 10 min work outs involving step aerobics and and boxing. Did 30 mins when i got home on a mix of easy and hard, was quite good for a change, step aerobics with the step heightened on the balance board is pretty hard!

Ended up having whatever I could reach for lunch cos dad's pulling the kitchen apart.
 
Wahhh my treadmills gone faulty, not happy i want my treadmill back.
 
Argh sneaky peak on scales is showing a STS AGAIN! should be happy since I doubled syns a couple of days, but hey guess I will find out tomorrow if i have STS or not. Annoyed my treadmills given up, useless pile of rubbish, knew i should have gone for that more expensive one, hoping amazon will let me return for a different model but not holding up much hope since its 3 months old.

Tea: chinese chicken stir fry

I should think so too, not fit for purpose. It's not like you just changed your mind. :D Can always buy new one with just a wee top up of cash, :D

Yep that's what I'm going to do, hopefully if i pay a bit extra then it will last more than 3 months.
 
Gah, seem to be stuck, stayed the same again, that's now three weeks I've been at 13 4.5. Give it another week then i may have to consider some other method to help lose it.

Hey, hope the weight falls off you next WI. Seems unfair you haven't changed for a couple of weeks. Maybe the scales are stuck!

Either that or I'm stuck. I've gone over syns today bit plan on making them up at weekend. I'll be happy if i lose just half a pound next week, just so I'm know I'm not forever stuck at 13 4.5
