Am I doing something wrong!?

Keeping myself busy I think! The weird things is I have been really enjoying cooking lovely dinners for my family but not bothered about not eating them. Work is the hardest as I am there at 4-6 when I feel most hungry.
I also find that if I drink a green tea that seems to help the hunger.
Day 10 ready to go!!
Also the though that I know if I even eat one little bite of something that would set me off wanting to eat everything!
 
I'm the same as you, if I ate one piece of chicken then I'd be eating a full roast in no time - you're doing so well :)
 
Everyone is doing so well, I start tomorrow and doing lots of reading for motivation. I have 7 stone to loose! Anyone got any tips when you get the 'urge' x
