I get 23 as well. I wouldnt worry too much and just change it today :)

Grrrrr i got 23 today too. i should be a pro at weightwatchers. No wonder my weightloss has been quite stunted and quite a few gains although i have been good.

i do exercise, quite a lot actually. hopefully will start to see better losses now. i was expecting more than 2stone in 6months and this is probably why

2st in 6 months is good. Its what i've managed and as long as it comes off i dont see the problem :)

That's probably the problem right there; people expect too much. Not to sound bad but when losing weight people see it as a thing that has to be done quickly want it off now, like next day. However for those people who do lose the weight quickly you will find they will put it back on just as quick, if not quicker... (i know it's not the case with everyone, but in many cases it's like this) For those who lose weight slower you will find they have kept the weight off, maintained, and also have learned a lesson for life and changed their whole way of eating and lifestyle etc.

It's not a race, 2 stone in 6month's is amazing!!! your losing it steadily and that's a great way to stay, i've lost 4 stone since sept so that's 9months! Thing to remember it time goes so quickly! so it will all soon build up :) xx

I know 2 stone is good but i was hoping more for 2.5 or 3 stone in the 6months. I know losing it slower is better but if i had been eating my correct points i probably would have lost more. Thats the maddening thing.

Hmmm did you stick to your 24 points a day? i doubt 1 point would make you gain tbh, when your maintaining they say to add on 6 points to your daily allowance, and that's just to stay the same lol :)
