Well 2 days after my weigh in, my scales were same as CDC and my weight hasn't budged one little bit.
Quite annoyed, as i've stuck to it 100%.
If i dont see a good drop in a day or two, i will be reconsidering.
    :(

I realise that, but today should've been my weigh in, so weighed myself, fully clothed, shoes on etc..just as i did the other night at CDC weigh in, and i'm still the same.
So how come i'm not losing in 2 days ?
Drinking 4-5L a day, only on 3 shakes/soup, havn't deviated (yet, very tempting though)

Must be something i'm doing wrong.

Hi Tom Tom i hope you don't take any offensive but i've come across a few of your msgs now, anyway as a guy i thought you HAVE to be on four packs?

I am 5ft 9 female and was told i HAD to have four packs otherwise i would have poor losses cause my body is in starvation etc. I know their expensive i'm a student but if i'm honest i know i probably spent near £47 a week on food, also i've cut down the fags to help subsidise a bit, we have to make allowances if we want something enough, i think.

Also i have seen you mention eating chicken or something, i have to say my CDC might be a hardass but they've made it clear eating is a no-no.

To be honest i think you have to really decide if your commiting 100%, this is a hard diet, i think if i didn't have both feet in the pool i wouldn't manage to stick to it... you seem to have to be swaying back and forth a bit... anyway hope you come to a decision that suits you soon! :)

My cdc said it was fine for me to take a meal if i wanted to.
Never been told that if i only do 3 it will slow down my weight loss.

Not offended at all, although i am commtted 100%, just some of us dont have the luxury to spend money on the full amount, otherwise i would do 4 a day. so dont have a choice i'm afraid.

good luck to you and i hope it works out... it might be that my CDC is a hardass after all!!

As for the money thing, i can understand it is difficult, hope things improve for you!
