    Well im rather inspired after reading everyone else's diaries so thought i'd give it a go myself.

    Today was EE - although im not sure if i have done it right today as my lunch was a syn and breakfast was hexb, so only my dinner seems ee? greatful for comments if anyone reading

    350ml skimmed milk for tea during day (hexa)

    breakfast
    2x light alpen bars (hexb)

    lunch
    Ainsley Harriot Spice Sensation Couscous (1/2) with a tsp of low fat spread (1)

    dinner
    Pasta, Dolmio Stir in sun dried tomato sauce (3.5) , slices of wafer thin ham, a sliced Mattessons Low Fat Smoked Sausage (3.5) & some halved cherry tomatoes

    2x Slices of wholemeal toast from 400g loaf (hexb)
    Laughing Cow Light (hexa)

    lunch
    Ainsley Harriot Spice Sensation Couscous (1/2)
    handful of pasta twirls pinched off DD's lunch;)

    dinner
    Loads of Sweet Potato wedges, Quorn Sauages & Peas was yum yum yum!!!

    evening snack
    Will have a Hifi as my 2nd (hexb)
    grapes
    strawberries

    Oh yeah i forgot to put peas on the dinner list:rolleyes:!!

    Im not a big snacker and i dont have a sweet tooth at all, so although i like fruit its a real effort for me to eat it, if that makes sense. oooo suppose grapes count dont they? ill get some in to pick at.

    topped with Sliced Quorn sauages

    lunch
    'Risotto' made with Rice mixed with leftovers, chopped up Quorn Sausages, Peas & chunks of sweet potato

    dinner
    Sweet Chilli Super Low Fat Noodles followed by Uncle Ben's Sweet Chilli Express Rice (2) (love sweet chilli ;))
    um yeah, total rubbish! wasnt particularly hungry and too tired to do anything fussier, ill make an attempt not to eat anything processed tomorrow:jelous:!

    2x cadburys digestives (9) so not worth all those :mad:

    Skipped breakfast as slept through it naughty naughty! :whoopass:

    Ainsley Harriot mushroon risotto (1/2)

    2x small jacket potatoes, topped with 1 tin of tuna & 28g chedder (hexb) and 2 tbsp extra light mayo (1) and a big side salad

    evening snack
    strawberries

    1.5 syns - 38.5 'banked' for tomorrow! yay!

    This is the plan for tomorrow, flexi-syn day but need to try not to go overboard so planning ahead...

    Going for Extra Easy....i think

    breakfast

    2x Eggy Bread made with 2x Slices of wholemeal toast from 400g loaf (hexb) 2x slices of lean bacon

    lunch
    big lunch of brown pasta mixed with some peas and some ham, salad and any other free stuff i find in the fridge. will fill myself up with this so i dont pig out later.

    dinner
    chicken biryani (12.5)
    1/2 plain naan(10)
    1 onion bhaji(8.5)
    birthday cake(8)

    39 syns - not too worried as had 38.5 saved over last few days, hopefully that will balance out!

    ok so yesterday didnt go quite to plan as got snowed in and couldnt get to the restaurant so had a chinese takeaway, i think i still stayed within my limit!

    It was an Extra Easy!

    2x Eggy Bread made with 2x Slices of wholemeal toast from 400g loaf (hexb)

    lunch
    brown rice mixed with some peas and some wafer thin chicken, salad

    dinner
    chicken in blackbean sauce (8.5)
    small portion of fried rice (2)
    very small portion of kung po chicken (8.5 approx?)
    birthday cake(8)

    Quorn pieces, brown Rice and half a jar of Reagge Reagge Carribean Curry Sauce (5.5)

    Stirfry - cabbage, carrots, beansprouts, with green thai sauce (6) with egg noodles

    Wholemeal pasta with ham and a homemade stir-in sauce made with passata, herbs, garlic & Low Fat Yoghurt (experiementing so may go horribley wrong?!) - was very nice :)

    I always read the other diaries Hun, it gives me some ideas for meals!! Lol!
    If you are on a EE day, why not make that a mince beef bolognase for your tea? Everything that you are eating today is a Green Day as I cant see any meat/chicken/fish is that right?
