Well im rather inspired after reading everyone else's diaries so thought i'd give it a go myself.
Today was EE - although im not sure if i have done it right today as my lunch was a syn and breakfast was hexb, so only my dinner seems ee? greatful for comments if anyone reading
350ml skimmed milk for tea during day (hexa)
breakfast
2x light alpen bars (hexb)
lunch
Ainsley Harriot Spice Sensation Couscous (1/2) with a tsp of low fat spread (1)
dinner
Pasta, Dolmio Stir in sun dried tomato sauce (3.5) , slices of wafer thin ham, a sliced Mattessons Low Fat Smoked Sausage (3.5) & some halved cherry tomatoes
1x hexa
1x hexb
